Weekly Round-Up: #1.19

So this will be a rather small round-up as my week has mostly evolved around reading, reading and even more reading!

Yes, you’ve guessed it – It’s reading week at university which gave me the opportunity to make a start on the numerous essays and presentations I have to do before the end of the semester.

Blogging: Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks

I did however manage to post once this week and it was a good ‘un!

Let me introduce to you my Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks collection.

I have five beautiful shades in my make-up stash and I am totally in love with them.

Top – Bottom:

Bow N Arrow – A stunning pale neutral nude.

Lolita -Perfect deep rosy nude.

Double Dare – Beautiful pinky mauve.

Bauhau5 – Gorgoeus bright hot pink.

Vampira – Deep dark burgundy red.

Perfecting My Everyday Make-Up

Despite it being reading week I did have two meetings at uni – one with a module leader and another with my dissertation supervisor.

Therefore because I was physically leaving the house I felt the need to at least apply some make-up!

I have been loving this look. Since using the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner my eyeliner game has improved so much. I love this understated eye look using just matte neutral shadows to define my crease and then the bold black statement eyeliner to line my lash line and plenty of mascara. On my lips I’m also wearing Kat Von D – one of her Studded Kiss Lipsticks in the stunning deep mauve shade Cathedral. A full review will be coming soon so do come back!

Student Must-Have: Essential Oil Diffuser

I have been spending a lot of time in my study room reading and essay planning. I have found my Bluetooth speaker an essential to blast out my favourite tunes – mostly of the 90’s/00’s Indie/Rock persuasion.

I have also been loving my essential oil diffuser from Neal’s Yard. I find it just so relaxing and I can mix up the essential oils I use depending on my mood and what I need to balance myself at that particular time. This diffuser also has a changing light which adds to the calming and relaxing atmosphere. Gorgoeus.

If you are interested in getting one yourself then do check out my Neal’s Yard shop as I am an independent Neal’s Yard Consultant.

Thanks for reading and I hope you have enjoyed my weekly round-up. Do let me know if you have tried any of the products mentioned and if you have any recommendations for me. I love reading and replying to your comments!
