So Christmas seems like a distant memory already so I thought I would reminisce and share with you all what I got for Christmas. These are photos I took before I got my new Canon EOS 750D so please excuse the change in quality – I will try and take new photos of the posts I have drafted!
Make Up Bags – I think David was trying to give me a hint that I have too many beauty products as he got me TWO bags! One from the blogger Hannah Maggs at Maggs London. In November I found The Michalaks YouTube channel and have been loving their family vlogs and really wanted to buy one of Hannah’s make up bags. Dave chose me the lovely ‘truly scrumptious’ material design which is super cute. He also bought me a larger beauty bag from Boots which will be perfect for travelling.
Tiger – Did you spot the cute and quirky purple perfume spritzer? This was a great gift from Dave’s brother and girlfriend and perfect for my new dressing table.
Cath Kidston – This is a lovely gift set full of handcreams and nail care items by Cath Kidston. So so cute. Such a thoughtful gift from Dave’s parents as they know I love Cath Kidston.
I love getting perfumes for Christmas and was running very low in December!
Yves Saint Laurent: Black Opium
I love love love this scent. So deep, musky, floral and really feminine. This was a gift from my parents and a new scent to me which I absolutely adore. This will be kept for special occasions.
Estée Lauder: Modern Muse Le Rouge
This was a Christmas present to myself as I had accumulated quite a number of Boots points over the year I decided to cash them in for this perfume. I had read a lot about this scent from bloggers and watched YouTubers rave about it so thought it was for me. It is a very pretty scent which is full of roses and vanilla but probably slightly more floral than my usual taste. A great everyday perfume nonetheless.
Nails Inc Snowglobe – This is a limited edition Christmas release from Nails Inc. if you’re interested in my full review check out my Night Sky Nails post.
REN Glow & Go Skincare Kit – This little kit contains the wonderful Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask 20ml & Flash Rinse 1 Minute Facial 20ml. I’ve tried the Flash Rinse and it really perked up my skin.
And finally last but by no means least the stunning Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Eyeshadow Palette & the MAC 217. I was so pleased that David managed to get these for me. If you missed my full make up look post using this palette then check it out – New Make Up Look: Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Eyeshadow Palette.
