Review: Liz Earle Superskin Face Serum

Liz Earle Superskin Face Serum

As you probably know I am a massive skin care junkie and a super fan of skincare by Liz Earle
Last month Liz Earle released a new addition to their skincare range; Superskin Face Serum. Being the avid fan that I am I just had to give this a try! This sleek 30ml bottle costs an eye watering £48, I certainly had to take a deep breath as I clicked buy

I absolutely adore the Superskin Concentrate  and it has been a firm staple and repurchase in my skincare routine. If you missed my full review of the Liz Earle Superskin Concentrate then check it out here.

The Superskin Face Serum has a light lotion style consistency which absorbs in super quickly to the skin – like an instant drink to hydrate your skin.

The serum contains a host of naturally active ingredients including pomegranate flower, Persian silk tree and rhubarb extracts which have collagen boosting qualities which ‘visibly lifts, firms and evens skin tone’ . This also claims to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles so has great anti-aging properties.

I have been massaging two pumps of this serum over my face & neck each morning for the past 6 weeks or so as the step before my moisturiser. It has a beautifully delicate floral/herbal scent and the serum disappears into the skin quickly leaving it feeling refreshed and looking slightly more radiant.

I have to admit, I have enjoyed using this product but I have not seen any visible difference in my skin. On my skin this seems an uneccessary but wonderfully indulgent treat for my skin. I am on the fence as to whether I would repurchase this serum.

Have you tried this serum? Do you have any recommendations for me to try? I love reading and replying to your comments.
