Liz Earle: 20th Anniversary Limited Editions

As you probably know I am a massive lover of all things skin care and Liz Earle Skincare in particular. Liz Earle are celebrating their 20 year anniversary and in celebration are having special offers and great competitions over this week – definitely check out the Liz Earle website, Twitter & Instagram so you don’t miss out!

In celebration there are also some fabulous limited editions to the Liz Earle range which (being a Liz Earle addict) I just couldn’t resist.

Limited Edition Cleanse & Polish

Cleanse & Polish is my most-reached for, never-lets-me-down, sorts-out-my-skin, balancing, hydrating and soothing cleanser – takes off every last scrap of make-up including stubborn waterproof mascara without stripping or irritating my sensitive skin. The regular Cleanse & Polish has a beautiful soft herbal scent from the soothing eucalyptus, rosemary, chamomile and hydrating cocoa butter. When I saw these limited edition scents I just had to give them a go!

I recently experienced the Rose & Lavender Limited Edition Cleanse & Polish as part of an incredible QVC offer – for this Liz Earle Haul Post click here. I immediately fell in love with the beautiful rose scent with a hint of lavender – so soothing, relaxing – a real spa-like treat you can create in the comfort of your own home. I am a huge fan of rose and anything rose scented so this was a real winner for me – I had been using it sparingly as I only had one tube of this limited edition, so when I saw the offer to get all three limited edition Cleanse & Polishes which are presented in the beautiful commemorative signature Liz Earle soft turquoise storage tin and 2 muslin cloths I just had to have it. I also managed to get this at the special anniversary price of £35 rather than £50 – bargain.

There are two other limited edition versions of this hero cream cleanser: Grapefruit & Patchouli and Orange Flower & Chamomile.

Grapefruit & Patchouli – This has a subtle fresh zesty grapefruit scent which mellows to a very soft patchouli which isn’t overpowering – just wonderfully calming. Love it.

Orange Flower & Chamomile – There is something ever so soothing and gentle about chamomile and this limited edition scent does not disappoint. Has a beautiful soft chamomile scent with hints of floral orange flower – a truly beautiful scent.

Liz Earle – Signature Blue Stregthening Nail Colour

As you probably know I am also a massive lover of all things nail polish – so I thought why not combine my two loves by trying this Limited Edition Liz Earle nail polish in their beautiful signature blue colour.

This is my first experience of a Liz Earle nail polish and it does not disappoint. This was £8.50 for a 12ml bottle so reasonably priced.

This polish has quite a thick consistency which applies beautifully giving an even almost self-levelling finish. You could definitely get away with only one coat. This polish is described as strengthening and has a fortifying and chip-resistant formula which boasts to last up to 12 days! Quite a claim so I look forward to putting this to the test!

Hope you have enjoyed this post – I would definitely recommend checking out the Liz Earle website for some great offers. Have you tried any of the limited edition Cleanse & Polish?

  1. I really would like to try the Grapefruit version as I love zesty scents! I’m not a huge fan of rose so I don’t think that one would be for me though. They really are amazing cleansers and I think they are so worth the money! I love the original scent, anything with Rosemary and Eucalyptus is a big winner for me! Great post Em! xxx
