Liz Earle – Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask: Review

If you have read my blog before you will be aware of my absolute love of Liz Earle skin care products. I have been using their hero Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cream Cleanser for years, it never lets me down and I always repurchase, so if you haven’t tried it I would definitely recommend – great and gentle on all skin types.

Recently I decided to branch out and try a new product for me – the Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask.

As I have grown older my skin has definitely changed. As a teenager I had more oily spot prone skin, in my 20’s it was combination, and now I’m in my early 30’s my skin is much more sensitive and can get very dry and dehydrated – therefore I thought I need this mask in my life!

This Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask is suitable for all skin types but is a solution for dry, parched and stressed skin in particular. This has a thick nourishing creamy texture and a subtle herbal and rose scent – which I find adds to a relaxing and pampering experience. I have used this a few times when my skin has needed a little bit more TLC. I tend to use this before bed as part of my evening skin care routine. I will cleanse with Cleanse and Polish and then apply a generous amount of this wonderful mask to my face and leave it to do its stuff for 10-15 minutes whilst I read in bed. Then I gently remove with a muslin cloth soaked in warm water. This leaves my skin feeling so soft and visibly looking plumper and revived. A lovely treatment mask!

A 50ml tube costs £15.00 from the Liz Earle website so it is reasonably priced and this will last a long time!

Another winner from Liz Earle! Love it!
