I have read a few blogs about colouring books for grown ups and was intrigued. I have been having issues with stress and anxiety alongwith issues with fatigue and pain. I am a creative person and enjoy painting and creating myself, however more recently I have just not had the energy to be able to enjoy this. I thought that maybe colouring in would not only fulfil my creative urge but also be a stress release. I will post an update when I have started and let you know how I get on 😊 xXx
