Max Factor Creme Puff Blush – Review

I just wanted the share the fabulousness that is these Creme puff blushes from Max Factor.

These are gorgeous baked blushes which have swirling complimentary pigments to achieve the perfect look.

I have two 05 Lovely Pink (left) and 10 Nude Mauve (right).

As you can see lovely pink is indeed a lovely pink colour! I think it’s a subtle spring/summer pink which gives my cheeks the perfect flush – this colour can also be built for a more dramatic look. This blush has swirls of pink and gold which does leave a slight shimmer on the skin. I have had lovely pink for a couple of months and wanted to try another shade in the range – this is why I purchased Nude Mauve. As you can see from the swatch nude mauve is more of a peachy/coral shade – it has much less shimmer than lovely pink and is a much more natural everyday blush.

I love both shades. I have a very pale skin tone and both these shades suit me.

I have read and seen other bloggers and Vloggers suggesting that these baked blushes are dupes for the Hourglass Ambient Light blushes – I have yet to try anything from the Hourglass range so I cannot comment. These blushes are a good quality, have a good range of shades and are reasonably priced at £8.99.

Which is your favourite?
